Best Investment for Pet Care Ever!
National Pet Insurance was the best decision I made to care for my Rocky Boy! I adopted him about a year ago and he had little health history available. In his adoption package was the brochure of your services and I’m so thankful I signed up with you. Your staff is well informed and always courteous and professional. Submitting claims are easy and covered items paid promptly.

This is the most helpful, "BEST" pet insurance we have ever had!
We are just starting to deal with a very concerning issue with our 13 mo old puppy who seems to have suddenly developed MegaEsophagus without any of the usual symptoms. Discovered on X-ray when we took her in for decreased appetite and exercise intolerance. NO other symptoms! Now we will need to start the process of figuring out the cause and hope it's one of the treatable/fixable ones. Pets Best insurance claim process and quick response is one less stressor we will have to experience during this stressful time, for which we are SO very grateful! It's so hard dealing with your pet being sick and the last thing any pet owner needs is concerns re: insurance coverage and claims. We are very grateful that we read such great reviews and obtained this insurance and that they are living up to all their rave reviews!

Claim for my cats infected paw was taking a bit longer than I had been told, but I received a prompt email notification keeping me informed. The first claim processed in 2 days
The first claim for routine care was processed in 2 days. 2nd claim for emergency visit has taken a week to process with no notification on status. Ugh
