Healthy Paws is a great pet insurance!
We are extremely grateful for Healthy Paws! Our 10 month old puppy was suspected to have a bleeding disorder and required countless tests and trips to see specialists. She ultimately needed surgery at a specialty hospital. Healthy Paws covered 90% of all of the bills making it possible for our puppy to receive the the best care from the best doctors. The customer service at Healthy Paws was also very helpful. There were always knowledgable people available to help answer our questions and concerns. Thankfully, our puppy is doing great now! We are very appreciative of all that Healthy Paws has done for us and would recommend them to any pet parent.

I wish Trupanion had insurance for pet's parents...we would definitely take out a policy for ourselves with them!
We went from caring for someone's pet to adopting her. Within a few weeks of this, we noticed a few suspicious places appear on her legs. One was benign but the other was malignant melanoma. Trupanion has been amazing from the ease of submitting claims to fast payment for her surgeries and radiation for the cancer. She has 3 more rounds, but we caught it at what they term stage zero. We have every hope of her having a full life with us as we just love this girl! We have already sung your praises to our friends that previously would have never considered pet insurance. Thank you, Trupanion, for helping us save our Ginger!!

I'm always distressed when my puppy is ill. And that usually means a hefty vet bill as well. Nationwide is a great insurance - you consider everything on the easily submitted bill. And you are very reasonable in reimbursement. I really feel that Nationwide cares for me and my dog. Thanks for easing my distress - both with my puppy's illness and the bill!

I received an eob that denied the shots on the bill I submitted but it didn't cover the rest of the bill which is really the part I need covered for emergency. Services. That should be better explained on the web and let customers know its pending

Best investment ever
I didn’t have good luck when I got my dachshund puppy. That dog was in the vet’s office every week with one ailment after another. I thought AKC pet insurance would eventually stop paying, find some loophole to hide behind to avoid writing another check, but they didn’t. They paid every claim and continue to do so. I have had no arguments with them and they pay in a timely manner. I would buy this insurance again tomorrow if I was stupid enough to get another dog.

My dog was very ill, and ended up being seen at 4 vet offices, and was hospitalized at 3 of them. Even though Trupanion was new to 2 of the offices, the claims were paid without issue. I cannot thank the vets and Trupanion enough.
