So simple!
My Augie got sick and I took him to the vet. When I got home, I simply took a picture of the receipt(s) and sent them via my phone. Everything was so simple!! Within 0 days I received notice that the bills would go toward my deductible!

Happy with the claim process
I was happy that my claim was sent from the vet's 0ffice to Trupanion. It was not honored, but I trust it will go against my deductible. The claim was quickly set.

I submitted my claim online and within a few days it was approved and processed for payment. 90% of everything minus the office visit fee was paid for, as my policy states.

Emergency overnight stay
I dropped my pet off and she had to stay overnight. By the time I got home I had an email to get her medical history and by the time morning came I was approved. Can't explain the relief of not having to worry about how the bill was getting paid.
