Couldn't be happier
My fur babies have always had insurance. I recently changed to Pets best and couldn't be happier! From the user friendly web site and claims process to direct deposit reimbursement! Exceptional insurance coverage at an affordable rate! Thank you for being the PETS BEST EVER! THE NAME SAYS IT ALL??

Simple process
I had been up all night at the hospital, and the ease of filing the claim was so appreciative. The claim process didn't take that much time at all and it direct deposited into my account. I even got an email apologizing for the delay in my claim status when it hadn't been that long!

Good no claims and excellent customer service
Being able to get an estimate of the payment before leaving my vets office is amazing and no claims to file. Payment is extremely quick. Most times in less than a week.

Great service however I think we were overpaid.
Great service, however, I think we were overpaid. We have a 100 deductible on our policy. It appears we were paid 90% of the total bill with no deductible.

Easy, quick and thorough!
The preapproval happened within about five minutes at the Vet, and then just a day after submitting the final invoice that was approved. Just a couple days after that, the check arrived in the mail! Very smooth. So glad we have Trupanion for our sweet pup.
