As soon as my dog got really sick, they refused the claim.
Fine for annual vet visits, vaccines, Heartguard but the second my dog got really sick, they turned down the claim. No one was available to discuss the issue. We were with the company they purchased for most of our dogs' lives, Nationwide got ahold of that company and it was all over. Two of my dogs have since passed, one of cancer. Paying for this insurance was the biggest waste of money we have ever made. Watching their commercials makes me sick.

Nationwide Pet Insurance is peace of mind always.
Our beautiful dog Fuss suddenly got very, very sick and it was the scariest, most heart wrenching two weeks of our lives. Because we have Nationwide pet insurance, her excellent veterinary care and hospitalisation saved our baby's life and didn't lead us into financial ruin. Healthy Paws was very prompt in processing my claims and, once they had received the necessary medical records, they provided me with a clear statement of the coverage for each claim and with the amount to be payed back to me. The checks arrived two days later.

Best Experience Imaginable!
Excellent coverage! I could never have handled all the costly expenses of my dog's most effective cancer treatment and torn knee ligament on my own. She is recovering from a few scary months and has a beautiful custom knee brace that is helping.

I highly recommend
Gustav have serious allergy problems. At least once a month he ends up at the vet for a shot, allergy pills and usually an antibiotic. Never have I had a problem with Pets Best Pet Health Insurance. I highly recommend them and will never change.

Easy to work with, worth every penny.
I've had a policy on my Great Pyrenees since I got her at 7 weeks old. The cost is reasonable and the Healthy Pet Deductible credit helps make the monthly cost stay reasonable as she gets older. I also have a wellness plan on her, which covers her yearly vet visit and has enough left over to cover some of her flea & heartworm preventative. Submitting a claim and getting reimbursed is easy with the electronic submission and direct deposit options. I will use Embrace in the future for my pet insurance needs.
