Smooth process for getting it quickly done.
Ruby has been very healthy. She suddenly developed symptoms that couldn't wait for the vet, and we took her to an emergency clinic. It was a good thing we did. It was relief to know we had pet insurance. Now, I am very relieved that we had Embrace. Their process for submitting claims is smooth and easy. Within days of submission, we had the results, which were what we expected. I can tell you the insurance we had on our previous Rottweiler was an entirely different story. I highly recommend Embrace. Good customer support. Customer portal.

Excellent
I have had petsbest insurance on all my animals for almost 10 years. They are more than fair on payouts, excellent customer service and turn around time. They have covered everything but pre existing conditions which all the companies have that policy. Their rates are affordable and it is a great feeling to know they have your back on any vet issues. I recommend them all the time and have tried others for different pets and all of them (6 cats) are now insured with petsbest.

The best decision I’ve made is to be a MSPCA customer
When we first brought Bruno home we never imagined he would suffer from severe allergies. He was only 12 weeks ago and had so much energy and spunk. Because we wanted to be good pet parents we purchased insurance from MSPCC, little did we know that in a couple of months Bruno’s spunk would fade as he started to suffer from allergies. Thankfully we were able to provide the health care he deserved without worrying of not having coverage. This insurance has been a godsend. We will always be eternally grateful to MSPCC for helping Bruno regain his spunk :)

Love Healthy Paws Insurance
We have a four-year-old Havanese dog, Achoo, that just finished his second surgery this year. He tore is CCL on his left knee in March and then in June tore his right CCL. Both times we went to the same veterinarian surgeon who recommended surgery to stabilize his knees. The surgeon also suggested that Achoo do water therapy and rehab which we took his advice and thought it was well worth it. Having the security in knowing that his medical expenses would be covered was a great relief and that we did not have to give a second thought about what the expenses would be. As soon as we submitted our bills we got an email assuring that they were being processed and soon after the check would arrive covering 90% of our surgical expenses. We are so relieved and grateful that we have pet insurance. Contrary to what most people believe, we have not been "punished" with higher premium rates and continue to pay our monthly dues. We have always felt that paying these monthly dues is like having a savings plan for Achoo. As most people know, the cost of care for our pets are not getting any cheaper and if you want quality care it can be expensive. So now when we meet people and their dogs we always relate our story to emphasize how smart it is to get pet insurance. We have loved Healthy Paws insurance for their coverage and great customer care.

So thankful for Nationwide!
Nationwide covered 90% of major ACL surgery on my dog Otis. Despite having some issues with minor claims in the past, this MAJOR claim was approved quickly and without issue. We are so thankful for this policy, and will recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance to anyone in the market. Thank you Nationwide!
