Your online portal makes it very easy to upload a claim. You send an email that it's received. You send an email apologizing when it takes longer than normal to process. You send an email when the claim is completed. Even when denied, the explanation in the PDF is easy to understand. You are WAY better than Embrace and I keep telling them that. We had to move two pets from Pets Best because their premiums skyrocketed from 2018 to 2019.
