One of the best decisions we ever made
Deciding to buy Trupanion Pet Insurance was one of the best decisions my husband and I ever made. Little did we know at that time that our sweet 4-month old chocolate labrador puppy Harper would contract the deadly parvovirus from apparent exposure to another sick puppy. We had never had this happen to our previous dogs. This insurance provider not only covered everything promised in the policy, but did so cheerfully, kindly (always mentioning our puppy by name during correspondence), and amazingly promptly. Being able to get prompt expert veterinary assistance and the knowledge that Harper would be covered truly saved Harper's life and provided us with an immeasurable peace of mind with reduced financial worries. No hassle and easy to work with. Customer service are quick to respond and claims are processed with no hassle.
Worth it! Had this insurance for both my dogs for years. reimbursement claims are simple and hassle free. Just fill out a quick form that asks just the basics like your name/address, policy number, name of vet, reason for visit and total cost of visit. Then just attach your receipt and that's it. Claim is processed quickly and reimbursements are received in a month. Wish human health insurance was this easy. Health insurance reimbursement claims for people with legit medical issues go on for years with so much back and forth.

Get pet insurance; good thing for your pet and for you.
I didn’t think it was important to get insurance for my pet, my baby. I decided to get it, “just in case.” It turned out to be a great idea. My little baby needed surgery and the insurance reimbursed me some of the expenses. It was awesome to get the reimbursement check!
