Overall, i am so pleased. cusotmer service and response time could be better but I can't say anything negative otherwise!
Speed of claims could be faster, but once processed, money was sent instantly! Otherwise thankful to have this support in my corner!

Sweetie & my family are grateful to be insured with Nationwide. Vet visits are always a bit intimidating for us, but knowing that she is insured makes the process a bit more calming. Of course the initial up front cost of the visit always increases our heart rates, but the quick processing time & reimbursement quickly eases our mind. Trupanion helped us when we needed it most
I adopted my pup while still in college. As he grew up, I started to notice a birth defect which was diagnosed as angular limb deformity. His right paw was twisted so that it was almost facing backward, and if he didn't have surgery to straighten it, his leg would eventually have had to be amputated as it was a recipe for severe arthritis in his elbow. His case was so severe that his surgeon wanted to have a mold of the deformity 3D printed in order to practice the operation beforehand. Trupanion helped me pay for the necessary CT scan, the 3D molds, and the surgery. As a college student, there is no way I could have handled this on my own. Thank you, Trupanion, for being there for my baby.

VPI is the best, most reliable, pet insurance out there! I've been with you all for years and I have only had positive experiences with customer service representatives, the reimbursement process, and the timeliness of everything. I feel like they really care about me and my furry baby! The best part of having VPI is not having to worry about the costs of services when Toby is sick or when I have concerns about his health. Takes Forever to get Your Refund, but Submitting a Claim is Easy
Submitting a claim is super fast and easy, except that 9 out of 10 times they take over 10 days to get your refund. I'd switch and try a different pet insurance company but all of these dill hole companies decided to reject any pet with pre-existing conditions. So, I'm stuck with the one I've got.

Best decision I ever made!
When I adopted my dog Freddie 5 years ago, It was important to me to have health insurance for him. I had just lost a dog that I had for almost 16 years and I had decided if I did adopt another dog I would not do it unless I had some type of healthcare coverage to help with the cost of the vet care. After doing much research I decided to go with ASPCA and at that time Freddy was three months old Freddie is now almost 5 years old and ASPCA has helped my dog with some smaller health concerns along with a more serious knee surgery. It feels good to have peace of mind to know that if something happens to my little guy I have the means to have him taken care of properly, and that’s what ASPCA pet insurance has meant to me.

He is completely healed. Multiple X-rays, CAT scans, medicines and you never failed to stand by our dog
With a shattered vertebrae our dog endured 8 months to heal. Through it all our insurance never questioned the need for all of the tests, medicines and specialist visits. Our dog now runs like the wind and plays all day. Thank you.
