SO happy I decided to go with ASPCA pet insurance! Our doggie, Gunnar, tore both CCL's within several weeks of each other. I submitted my claim to ASPCA and they handled the claim seamlessly & kept me updated every step of the way. The whole process could not have been any easier. They even called to check up on Gunnar and see how he was doing. I am 100% satisfied with the service I received! I have already recommended them to friends :)

The very best Pet Insurance I have ever been had. I have had many in my lifetime, but the Nationwide Pet Insurance is absolutely the best. Very easy to submit claims. Straight forward when it comes to the amount and expedience of reimbursements. If you are in the market for a Pet Insurance policy, look no further because there is not anything that can compare to the Nationwide Pet Insurance policy.

Needs to work out express kinks
Trupanion was amazing once the bill was paid. We have the express service and our 90% should be paid at time of service. However we had a bit of a problem. The vet said for weeks they were having trouble getting through for TP to pay for express customers.
