When my dog was diagnosed with cancer, Figo was there all the way. Claims were processed extremely quickly. Minimal work was done on my end. Hassle free, would definitely recommend.

On the recommendation of a friend, I changed to ASPCA Pet Insurance from a different carrier. I got better rates with better coverage options! Of course I didn't like paying for something I'd hopefully never need (like car insurance), but not long after getting the policy I actually had to use it. The submission process was simple. And the time from submission to reimbursement was quick. Anytime I've ever called to speak with someone they were courteous and helpful. Definitely glad I took this recommendation!

This insurance has saved me time and time again..... keeping 2 purebred puppies and my adult Great Dane healthy is a must. Through dental cleaning, infected knee joint, tummy bugs, Nationwide has been fast, efficient and easy on my claims.

Don't waste your money.. they won't help you with theirs.
I signed up for Pets Best because of the reviews on this site. After two months with a puppy I realized those reviews are fake. You don't have to prove you're a customer to leave them. Bottom line... Pets Best has managed to back out of paying for damn near everything I signed up for. I even upgraded for extra coverage... which basically amounts to over $60/month. They've dodged everything but a couple immunizations and a very cheap eye ointment (I think, but its hard to tell.) Sure its real easy to submit the claim, but its real hard to get paid. If you wait in a chat room to talk to someone, expect about a half hour wait. If you call, you'll get someone who sounds really caring that has zero power to help you. I'm embarrased to say that I now feel like Pets Best treats me like an opposing attorney and quite frankly, that's not what I pay for.

You guys ROCK!! Always easy to submit a claim, you respond very quickly, and approve/pay the claim directly to my account. Everyone is so helpful and polite on the phone. I just love the wellness plan, and that it paid out on Major’s neutering! Keep up the great work. I tell all my friends about you, and two of them have even insured their pets with you!! 😄

Value and Customer Service are peerless.
My experience with ASPCA pet insurance has been exemplary. I haven't found another company that covers the sheer amount for the cost as the ASPCA, their claims process is quick and painless, and their customer service—on the few occasions I felt the need to call in—has always been courteous, extremely efficient, and compassionate. I am a very satisfied client.
