So far so good!
I signed up for Nationwide's pet insurance in February and so far I have used it 1 time for preventive teeth cleaning and the claim was approved withing 5 days. About 2 weeks ago my dog developed a cyst and a portion of the bill was also covered. I am happy with Nationwide so far.

Simply THE BEST!
When it comes to your pet if you do not have kids you think of them as your kids. The last thing anyone wants to worry about is the financial burden that can come in times of medical needs. Healthy Paws made that a minimal worry for my family and I. The ease of filing a claim, the follow up, and constant communication are testaments to how wonderful of a service they provide.

I think over all for both my pets it has been pretty good experience. A few years back I had to fight with you guys about a claim claiming it was from my dogs allergies which it wasn’t.. it was bacterial infection all said and done.. you covered a portion of the claim. I do like that you cover our annual visits! We will see how the two claims I just submitted goes.

Healthy Paws saved us!
Healthy Paws has wonderful and timely claims processing and customer service. They processed our claim in about one week, and even checked in with us to see how our dog was doing after her surgery, in a very personal and kind email. I can't say how appreciative I am of Healthy Paws's help with paying for our dog's surgery bill. I really have no idea what I would have done without them. I would have been completely drained of my savings, and in debt. When I saw that Healthy Paws had approved the claim and my refund came through, I was really moved to the point of tears at the relief. Healthy Paws really saved me and my dog from an extremely difficult financial situation, and ensured that I can continue to provide my dog with the best possible medical care.
