Having a bulldog can be very stressful as they always have something going on. You guys make my life easier by not having to worry about breaking the bank every time my pup has to go to the vet. Thanks for all the years and claims that we worked on together! I’ll never switch it to another insurance provider!

for the last 3 years the claim process was horrible, would take right up to that ' 30 days", where when we first got this insurance, claims were processed in a week or two at the most, the last couple of years i have thought of switching. Recently (since October 2019) i have seen great improvement in the time to process claims, it helps, vet bills are costly, so to have a claim processed quickly is a huge relief. i hope this is consistent.

Nationwide has been one of the best insurance policies I have ever had. The only reason I rated a 9 instead of a 10 is that it would be amazing to be able to pay at the time of service instead of having to submit a claim. But, even with that, my claims are paid very quickly and that helps a lot!

Phenomenal experience. Much better than my previous pet insurance provider. All my claims have been addressed on time and the integration with VitusVet makes the claim filing process super easy. I have discussed this with my colleagues at Work and all of them say great things about Nationwide pet insurance.
