My Golden's bill at NCSU was over $600 i paid in full filed for reimbursement and have been told they are '?deciding'? meanwhile i pay $70 a month for coverage. I'm not sure what needs to be decided ????? I'm not coming out ahead either way you look at it. I will probably cancel this policy

You were recommended to me by my vet when I bought my latest Abby about 3 years ago. Unfortunately, he's been plagued with some issues I've never encountered before and that require some specialist care. Trupanion has been good to its "word" in what it covers and the relative ease with which to file a claim. I have already begun to pass this important information along to friends, both privately and publically (on my FB page) as all of them own either cats or dogs (as well as other pet animals).

Alexis put me at ease with respect to the concerns I had with respect to my Beajou's coverage and our policy. In light of recent media stories regarding misleading pet insurance incidents, I was very concerned about my Beajou's coverage as she ages. Alexis reassured me that other than preexisting condition or for routine and preventative care we have full coverage, if G-d Forbid, an illness or accident occurs. Thank you.

Wispy has been an accident waiting to happen as a puppy and the coverage has been excellent, never having to wait or putting her health at risk. We are extremely pleased and would highly recommend your company to any pet owner. Having a pup like Wispy, unlike any other dog we have ever owned, has been an experience and Trupanion has been a lifesafer for her and for us! Thank you so much!

Happy Customer since 2010.
I recently read some negative reviews about Trupanion and I was very surprised. We have been policy holders since 2010 and our experience has always been very positive, this last claim was not any different. Since 2010 shortly after we submitted our first claim, I have recommended Trupanion to all my friends and family. Should we ever add another furry family member, we will insure our beloved with Trupanion. I have peace of mind knowing that my Claim will be handled with speed. I could not believe the turn-around time, from the moment our Claim was submitted, to the time the reimbursement for vet fees was deposited to our bank account. I can rest easy knowing that God forbid something happened to our Sidney, finances will not be an added stressor. Every single claim we have ever filed (and this last one was no exception) was handled with professionalism and speed. THANK YOU Trupanion, you have come through for Sidney and us once again!
