Trupanion Pre-Approval & Claims Review.
The Pre-Approval process worked well. I am now set up for direct pay to provider for my dog's current issues. I was worried when I had to pick up 2 prescriptions after hours. I have already received notice that I will be reimbursed for the first, and I'm hoping the second I picked up tonight will also be submitted. This has been a huge relief in an incredibly difficult and stressful time. I am very pleased with both the South Shore Animal Hospital in Weymouth, MA and Trupanion. They have an excellent working relationship with each other and that makes the insured's experience much easier.

Second time was also a charm!
This was the 2nd time we had to file a claim for our pup Tazza for the same illness. I was concerned how the process would go even though the Vet said " this is exactly the same as in May" , when tazza had her previous flare up of gastritis. I was anticipating the usual Insurance run-around. The filing process, as always, was nice and simple...and I was SO excited/happy that there was no problems with the claim. No arguments, no delays = No stress! It was an extremely smooth process. In fact my niece just recently got her 1st puppy and I recommended Trupanion to her if she was going to get Insurance. Thank you for the great service :)
