Trupanion saved my dog
My dog got very sick while I was out of the country. Trupanion pre-approved the claim so that treatment and surgery could be started right away. Without this, my dog would probably have died.

I am still annoyed with you for not allowing my amazing swim therapist, who pioneered the method 20 years ago, to be used by other patients because she is missing some silly certificate. Connie Frank was recommended by my dog's ortho surgeon -- he's considered the best in the country. So why won't you cover her work anymore?

Pros and Cons
Submitting a claim is very easy! On the other hand, we didn't get reimbursed a lot due to our $200 deduction and a couple small cost here and there, which was disappointing. Paid $260 and received $15.
