Great Customer Service!
This is my first dog and first insurance company I have used and I couldn't be more happy with the way that things are going. My 3 year old rottweiler had some complications, and the claim process was extremely easy. I am very thankful! I also absolutely loved the fact that I received a phone call and a card in the mail to check on Optimus and see how he was doing. Customer service is everything and you guys are definitely doing it right. I had a lovely conversation with the representative on the phone and again I am very thankful and will recommend ASCPA to any friends or family looking for pet insurance. Thank you for loving my pup as much as i do =)

This insurance has been fantastic
If it wasn’t for this insurance I never would have been able to afford the surgeries my dog has had. It’s literally been a life saver! Customer service is fantastic, they are always so move and helpful. Every claim I’ve filed has been approved and paid quickly.

Trupanion is a life saver!
Trupanion saved me! I am so happy to have pet health insurance for my kitty who turned out to have some environmental allergies that leave her scratching at herself non stop-until she draws blood! If I didn’t have trupanion I probably would have had to put her down. Now she has hope, due to Trupanion covering her allergy testing expenses.

Highly Recommended - Never Have to Hesitate Getting Medical Care
We are so grateful to have have found and purchased insurance through Healthy Paws. Over the past 8 years it has come through every time, covering emergencies and/or illnesses that we didn't expect. Every time we sought treatment for our dog we never worried about the cost in obtaining the best treatment for him. As recently as this past New Year's, our dog ate bacon soaked paper towels out of the trash while we were out of town and became ill. We did not hesitate to find care for him at an emergency hospital knowing that we would be covered. And then when we came back home and had to see the vet multiple times in a week because he was still not well, we again did not have to worry about the expenses. It allowed us to focus on getting Max well without having to think about whether we could afford the expenses of caring for him. After spending thousand of dollars within weeks on his medical care, we received a huge portion of our expenses back under our policy. We are, and have always been, appreciative of Healthy Paws coverage and its prompt claims processing.

Our day started normal, outside for potty two cookies each but within 20-30 minutes I noticed my 2.5year old GSP was not acting right, panting, breathing weird .... within 2 hours we were at the emergency vet..... and he was diagnosed with pneumothorax....... your handed an estimate for $ 9100.00 ...... it's easy to say do what you have to do to save my boy with out the worry of where the money gonna come from..........I submitted my bill to Healthy Paws and no questions asked they paid the claim....... he was readmitted twice more as he ended up with pneumonia also and those claims were also paid with ease........... It is worth every penny knowing Healthy Paws is there when it is needed ............

Embrace was there at a terrible time for me and my baby Charlie
My baby Charlie was very sick with Diabetes and Cushings disease. Embrace took the financial strain off of a very stressful time. Submitting a claim is easy and reimbursement is quick.

I am extremely likely to recommend Trupanion, in fact, I already have. After our last dog had a number of medical issues we got it for our new little guy '�just in case'� and find ourselves already using it just a few months in. The website is user friendly and the claims process is super easy and stress free. Emails keep you updated throughout the process and my claims have been approved very quickly so far. Overall a great experience and so glad to have peace of mind that our guy can always get the best care.
