Over the past 10 years, I have paid $10,000 - $12,000 in premiums. Trupanion has paid $00.00 in benefits during that time. Trupanion's disallowal of claims renders insurance from this company virtually useless. If it were not for fear that my beloved dog, Cubbie Bear, might contract a fatal disease --ie cancer--I would have cancelled my Trupanion policy years ago!

Many dachshunds and many thanks!!
I first came across Trupanion when my dachshund had melanoma ( doing fabulously well now 4 years out). The other pet owners in the oncology waiting room had Trupanion. I saw the relief they had knowing their sick pet would get care without the worry of whether or not care was affordable. When your pet is sick or injured the last thing you want to worry about is the cost of getting them back to health. Knowing that Trupanion is always there is a relief and a comfort. The claims process is easy and the response back is quick. In addition, the people on the other end ( Trupanion claims) are compassionate. Thank you for being there

Best coverage ever
Trupanion has always be more than awesome to us. I don't know what we would have done if it wasn't for their coverage for pets. I constantely tell people about what they have done for us and tell them to get coverage because you never know what could have to your pet.

A Godsend
I am so grateful for the coverage you provided for my dog's recent emergency back surgery. He required immediate surgical intervention to prevent paralysis and perhaps worse. The anguish of having a beloved family member face a potentially life-threatening illness is compounded to an almost unendurable degree when one cannot afford the medical help required. Trupanion providing 90% coverage of my dog's medical needs was a tremendous blessing, which enabled me to provide him with the best medical care available and prevented the huge burden of debt I have incurred with other precious pets for whom I did not have insurance. A sincere thank you to you, Trupanion, for providing so much coverage for this emergency. You were a true Godsend to both my dog and to me!
