I have to fight for every claim sent in.
I have to fight for every claim sent in. My girl has Hip Dysplasia and Throat problems. I can't get the invoices that make sense from Trupanion. When she goes in the Hospital or Vet with a different concern I have to pay full price. I could understand the deductible may be questioned but the hole bill. Trupanion seems to change the Vets claim and I don't understand.
