Because of you our dog can get the best care!
Adopted our English Bulldog when she was three. We were told she had no health problems. And maybe she didn’t at the time. Our baby had one thing after another but thankfully Nationwide was on our side! We can’t say thank you enough!

Impressed doesn't say enough
I was so impressed at the ease of putting in a claim. Online form was easy to fill and email to Nationwide. Before I knew it had a text message from Chase saying my claim was fulfilled. Couldn't have been less painless.

Nationwide is fantastic.
I have been extremely happy with Nationwide. After the initial claim process, all payments are paid promptly. I have had Nationwide for 3 years now and am so grateful as if has helped tremendously with my pet's vet bills. It is great to have that feeling of security in case one of my pet's are sick or injured. I can take care of them without spending thousands out of my own pocket.

Cost is no longer a factor in my pet's health & wellness!
Owning pets is expensive enough, but getting a new one can be daunting. Will my puppy swallow something they shouldn't before I can get to them? What if in playing they get caught under the other dog by accident and tear a ligament? The possibilities are seemingly endless, but having this insurance has taken the fear of "what if" and "how much is that [unexpected event] going to cost to take care of him/her". Nationwide makes it clear what I can expect (and depend on) from them, and is always super fast with claims. I normally have my refund actually available in my bank account in just over a week. While it didn't make a difference in whether we were going to get a second dog, it certainly makes having a young, energetic, always-up-to-something puppy a less worrisome event, so we can concentrate on doing what's best for him and him being a part of our family, not on the what-ifs.

Glad I have went with nationwide
I am so glad I went with nationwide. At first I was hesitant and went with another pet insurance company due to reviews. My coworker told me how easy the claim process is thru nationwide and at that time my company offers discounts. I am so glad I have them now for 2 years, one of my fur baby is diagnosed with hypothyroidism and is on medication, I always get my reimbursement without issues so far. My other fur baby having GI issues and still trying to figure out what's wrong. I save a lot of money with nationwide in long run.

Not much to complain about
It’s been a big year for my senior dog (tumor removal, chemotherapy, and a second benign mass removal), and Nationwide was a lifesaver. I didn’t need to interact much directly with customer service—I just sent my claims in online and was reimbursed. They didn’t give me a hard time with reimbursements and they covered everything as it was laid out in the policy; the EOB was easy to read. It could be a little faster—after submitting a claim, you don’t get a confirmation email for a day or two (an immediate confirmation that the order was received would be nice) and then payment usually comes about a week after that. But, overall, they were easy to use and saved me $$$ this year!
