Always there, fair and quick on processing claims. The best investment I ever made with my two fur babies this time around. I have had 7 other pets in the past and knowing the expense of owning animals made me purchase this insurance this time around. So worth it!

I do like trupanion alot haven't had too much trouble till this claim it took 2 calls and a couple of weeks to get it done not sure what the problem was

Excellent Insurance Company
My dog (Dozer) had to have surgery to remove a mass on his rear leg. I submitted the invoices for the surgery and follow up visits and received an answer within a couple of days. It was easy to submit and thankfully some of it was covered. It was handled quickly and I am very appreciative of the help I received.
