Trupanion has been so helpful taking care of our claims very quickly and with so much care. This stressful time to start with for them and us but always professional and caring will make it possible for my sweet Blue to get the care he needs.

Happy being a part of the Healthy Paws family!
Being a pet parent can bring so much joy into your life, but in the blink of an eye , you can be faced with a medical emergency and the tough and expensive choices you must make to save your pet. Having been in this position, with thousands in veterinary medical debt in the past, we have chosen to insure our dogs. We have had four pets insured by another pet insurance company but this time, I did more research and had more choices. We are so happy we chose Healthy Paws. In the past month, our puppy was faced with two medical emergencies. We submitted our claims, had an immediate response, and processed claims in days, not weeks. Again, we couldn't be happier with our choice to insure our precious Teegan with Healthy Paws.

BEST INVESTMENT
If anyone knows a thing about Dalmatians, they know they have issues with bladder stones. Well, my 2 year old Dalmatian had to be taken to the ER, his primary vet, and a specialist all within two weeks. I have the highest coverage for my pup and instead for paying $1000+ out of pocket, I received reimbursement of 90% of his costs. The claim process is super easy and quick! After I submitted all his claims, a customer service representative reachEd out and asked how he was currently doing. I had Nationwide health insurance before Healthy Paws and they were trash. EVERYTHING was a predisposed conditioned. Healthy Paws is very reasonable. I recommend them to all pet owners!

Excellent Insurance To Have!
I have had Healthy Paws Pet insurance for almost 1 year now and I am happier than ever and reassured when it comes to the health coverage of my dog. Can't recall if there are different policies but, I pay about $58 / month for any illnesses or accidents my pup may have. My 14 month old pup began vomiting and within 24 hours he was vomiting blood. I took him to emergency where he got the care he needed. As expected, I paid a HEFTY medical bill. The one thing that I can say TRULY gave me peace of mind, was having coverage through Healthy Paws for emergency cases like what my pup experienced. Submitting a claim with them is super easy, through their user friendly website. They send you a confirmation and an email that the claim is being under review. If there are documents that are missing or further information they need, they follow up through email, and again, the submittal process is very easy. Within a matter of 7-10 days (or even less) there is a resolution to your claim. Since the medical bill was far enough beyond my deductible, Healthy Paws deducted that from my reimbursement, which of course is expected. Personally, my deductible is $250 and well worth the expense. Healthy Paws reimbursed me a great amount into my bank account within 1-2 days of the claim resolution. I was extremely happy with my experience with them and feel at ease should anything happen to my beloved pup! Quite honestly, I recommend Healthy Paws in a heartbeat to any pet owner!

Always there, fair and quick on processing claims. The best investment I ever made with my two fur babies this time around. I have had 7 other pets in the past and knowing the expense of owning animals made me purchase this insurance this time around. So worth it!
