My dog needed surgery for R RUPTURED ANTERIOR CRUCIATE LIGAMENT and developed aspiration pneumonia post-op. I was very stressed and the Trupanion service representative was compassionate. Most importantly, they handled the claims quickly and efficiently.

Fast and easy process
The claim process was quite easy and I received a check in the mail within a week. However the Lyme disease rapid test was classified as a vaccine in my EOB so it was not covered. I’m not sure it’s worth the effort to file a dispute.

We like the way we are able to submit claims on the website. The speed of processing the claim is so much faster now than before.
