Trupanion has always given us tremendous mental and financial support through a very stressful time when Bapu was diagnosed with immune hemolytic anemia. He was very sick and almost died. You were there to remove our anxiety level and allow us not to worry too much about the medical expensive cost of his long treatment. It allows us to focus mainly on his health. Thanks to you, today Bapu is home and on its way to be cured completely after 4 months of struggle. Thank you to all Trupanion team. A & G

Trupanion pays back 90% of most of my claims. Sometimes they are processed quickly, sometimes not. Customer service reps are helpful and nice, however callbacks are not often and most email inquiries are not returned. Expect HUGE yearly premium increases and this pet insurance carrier is not cheap.

Diesel's Bilateral TPLO...
Without your help, I would not have been able to afford this surgery for my handsome boy Diesel... I've been paying into Trupanion for my four babies now for 4 / 5 years and this is the 1st time I've ever had to use it - hopefully, I never have to again but knowing that you're there for things like this is AMAZING ????????!

Healthy Paws is simply the best pet insurance there is! Really.
I got Healthy Paws almost the minute I brought my lovely little Maltese home, seven years ago. He is a purebred, and simply the most adorable, loving dog on earth. However, he has had several serious injuries and illnesses that were unanticipated. I am lucky I have Healthy Paws. Prices in NYC are high for the really good animal hospitals. By having Healthy Paws, I was able to offer him the best treatment and he is doing very well. Healthy Paws cares; is ethical and will do everything they can to help honor their commitment to you and your dog. Don't settle for any other pet insurance. You will be happy with Healthy Paws.

I have had Healthy Paws insurance since the day I brought my dog home. My almost 4 year old dog has had recurrent medical issues since he was a puppy. At almost age 4 we finally have a diagnosis. Healthy Paws has allowed me the peace of mind needed to select the best possible health care for my fur baby. This includes seeking the help of a veterinarian specialist on more than one occasion. It is possible that without my Healthy Paws insurance I might not have been able to attend to my dogs need and find the best care possible for his illness. Healthy Paws - AMAZING
Healthy Paws Insurance - wow! I’ve seen mixed reviews from them on this group but we’ve only ever experienced amazing turn around on claims and have yet to be denied. Oscar has his BOAS 2 weeks ago and Healthy Paws just reached out (after covering the procedure on our insurance 80% per our plan) and wanted updates on how he’s been progressing since! I was taken aback and it reaffirmed our decision to go with them. Just thought I’d share for anyone on the fence about pet insurance.
