I can depend on Trupanion to help out espcially as my 3 boys/cats are getting older.
Since my cats are older and sometimes need extra care, Trupanion has consistently come through.

Highly recommended insurance for your furry ones!
So glad I purchased this insurance. They were highly recommended by others. My young puppy got salmon poisoning which resulted in several visits to the Vet and an overnight stay in the hospital. Very costly and stressful. It was very easy to submit the claim online and I received reimbursement quickly. So worth it, and they even followed up with me to see how my puppy was doing. A+++

They have been prompt and responsive. It's clear what they cover. I only wish that they covered wellness visits and preventive care. Like humans, if prevention and wellness are established and maintained, there is generally less need for major health issues.

Disappointed in Beaverton
Besides my veterian's slow processing, I did not recieve any communitcation from Trupanion regarding receiving or processing the claim. Your process has been streamline to "no communication".Also My out of pocket was over $300 dollars and reimpursement from Trupanion was $34.65 - with no statemnt? What part of the expense was not covered? Why the variance?
