Not only are claims taken care of promptly, your staff are kind and I feel like they genuinely care. Ian was so empathetic when I checked coverage for my sweet Auggie. My first claim was fast and already received my check.
My first claim was fast and already received my check. I’m still waiting on my second claim. Both were submitted at the same time. Haven’t heard anything on the second claim and it’s been around 2 weeks.
