My experience with submitting claims has been excellent. There is a check in the mail to me within 3-4 business days. If I need clarification on an issue it is addressed immediately. The customer service team is a pleasure to speak with. Everyone is friendly and caring. I’m very happy with Trupanion.

Claims are handled quickly. There are always updates. Wish a little bit more was covered like drugs and such. Sort of like insurance for humans, certain percentage of medications etc.
