Great pet insurance that cares!
I have needed Trupanion 2 times over my dog's life time and both times they have been so kind in explaining the process, and quickly processing claims. It has been such a relief knowing that I did not need to factor financial cost into making decisions regarding my dogs care. I truly believe that having access to this coverage enabled us to pursue treatments that have extended our dogs life, improving the quality of his life as well. Very grateful and glad we made the decision to go with Turpanion.

You came through for my 11 yr old dachshund Cindy. My biggest concern when I got her was if she would ever have back problems - I wanted her to always have the best care so I signed up with Trupanion all those years ago. As careful as I’ve always been.....she has IVDD. Trupanion came through for me and now I only have to focus on taking care of Cindy as she recovers so that whatever the outcome is she will have the best life and she deserves it. Thank You!

I had a really good experience with Trupanion; they directly paid my vet without any waiting around for a claim to be accepted or denied. When my kitten was sick Trupanion helped me to pay for his x-rays and ultrasound and accepted my claim for a surgery. Fortunately, it was a false alarm but it definitely proved that getting Trupanion is worth it. Now I know my cat is protected if anything ever happens to him.

I have been with Trupanion now for the past 11 years for my dog - he had both legs operated on and has to take medicine for his thyroid - Trupanion is the best and I highly recommend if you love you pet choose Trupanion for peace of mind ~ they are a fantastic company-

Good coverage for a reasonable monthly price. Everyone who I have spoken to over the phone when I've had a question or issue have been nice and easy to talk to and can answer all my questions. I've had 4 different pets on 3 different insurance providers and so far Trupanion has seemed to be the best.

I had a question about submitting a claim so I called Trupanion’s toll-free number. The Trupanion representative was very helpful and kind. I followed his instructions, submitted the claims and received the reimbursement within days. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, as usual!
