Disappointed.
Unsure I will share or recommend Trupanion at this time. Our first claim was rejected. Our plan doesn't include preexisting conditions, and our bank account doesn't allow for an upgrade to get that coverage. We have a rescue and we have no real way of knowing if there are any previously diagnosed similar issues to this particular one we recently went through. Your staff determined our dog has preexisting skin conditions and therefore won't pay a bill. I will warn anyone looking for insurance from this company about this subtle discrepancy. I think rescue animals should get a little more grace when it comes to coverage. I'm disappointed.

So now that my cat is near death, I'm just not willing to spend another $500 without help from you when she is going to die anyway. Sounds cruel, but I gotta eat. I've paid you over $3000 in the past 3 years and been unable to get anything back because of the deductible.

Absolutely incredible as always! so quick and efficient. You never want to see anything happen to your pet, but when the unfortunate event happens, I know we are in great hands with Trupanion. A lot of our expenses aren't covered but I'm glad some of them are.
