Super smooth experience
Animal hospital submitted claim and I did not have to do anything. This was really nice, especially given the grief/distraction of having a very sick pet who needed emergency surgery. Not having to fight with an insurance company was really nice.

Because of the great coverage I just wish you have the option 0 deductible and 100 percent reimbursed I would definitely pay the extra a month for it

Have had my chihuahua covered since he was 10 weeks, he is now 12yrs and has developed med problems. Though it has been quit costly over the years, premium is up to $90 a month, when we needed it they were there with a hassle free experience. My vet can't believe how quickly the claims go through.
