Healthy paws is a lifesaver
I am so incredibly happy and lucky to have gotten healthy paws. Every person I have talked tomover the phone is wonderful. I bought the insurance the day after I picked my puppy up, 6 months later she ate a piece of towel. Of course it's a Sunday night at 9pm so I rush her to emergency clinic (which is always more $) she wouldn't have made it through the night. She made it through surgery $3000, and they paid 90% no questions asked. Every claim I put in they are very quick to get me money back. Recently my dog tore her ACL soni had to bring her toa specialized orthopedic surgeon, they did surgery $6700 later she is stitched up and on the heal. I submitted my claim at 1130 am while waiting for her to be released, by 4pm the same day I got an email saying I have a check in mail for $6040. I really can't say how much of a lifesaver they have been for me I don't have a single complaint about them, they even send emails asking ow she's doing after her knee surgery. I will never have a dog without healthy paws I recommend them to all my family and friends. The crazy thing is it's easier to submit a claim and your money comes faster than human insurance.

Insurance with Compassion
I've had Healthy Paws for over 10 years and they've always been great to work with. Recently, however, my 1 dog has had to undergo a lot of extensive and expensive treatments. I can't say enough about how wonderful they've been. I've had my reimbursement in my account the next day [of submittig the claim] and they've sent me persoal emails checking in on Zoey to see how she's doing. Those personal touches of compassion really sets them apart. I've referred 2 people to them and they themselves are happy as well.

I don't remember how I came across Healthy Paws pet insurance...it was years ago. But I'm glad it did. My dog Tillie has had chronic health issues and Healthy Paws has always paid promptly. She recently had gall bladder surgery and the bill was almost $10,000. Healthy Paws paid 80% of this within a week. Pet insurance isn't cheap and the premiums go up as they age. But with Tillie, the cost has balanced out in our favor and we don't have to put a monetary value on our pet's well-being. Having pet insurance for out two "babies" has been well worth the peace of mind.

We purchased Trupanion when Dakota was just a puppy. 12+ years of Dakota's life so far, Trupanion has been with us all the way. Never thinking anything will happen to her, we went ahead with her policy. As time went by accidents happened, medication required and ongoing conditions continue. Trupanion is the only Insurance Company that doesn't have fine print, you know exactly what is covered. They receive the claim from our Vet, notify us that they received it and let you know when it's complete. Usually within a day. Right away, they deposit the funds. Hi Trupanion, Thanks for processing Rubble’s claim, helps so much with expenses in an emergency. Visits outside regular hours at a Veterinary Clinic can be so expensive and this really helps to offset costs plus Rubble is feeling great again!

There is no point in paying for this.
There is no point in purchasing an insurance plan to be told that your pet has a pre existing condition even if there is no prof of it. The vet and hospital can’t find anything pre existing in their records yet the insurance is claiming that. We were promised that as long as the dog was healthy and medical records didn’t show issues, the surgery would be covered. We kept the insurance and paid on it for almost a year every month. He needed a surgery and the insurance claims the issue was pre existing yet we bought the insurance only a few days after getting the puppy. Now we have a 4,000 bill and a monthly payment each month only to be told they don’t cover anything. Unbelievable.
