Did not get pre approval for upfront payment, almost couldn’t pay for emergency visit. Trupanions whole thing is 90% coverage up front and for my puppy’s first emergency visit not functioning that way it did not make a lot of sense to me why I would even have trupanion. Can’t really recommend based on that experience

Check for Foxtails on Your Dog!
My Golden Retriever was suffering from what appeared to be a fox tail in his abdomen. Due to it's size and some of the ancillary complications, it was hard to diagnose and required the help of the Colorado State Veterinary school. Thankfully, all of this was covered and helped him recover as quickly as possible. Thank you!

Healthy Paws is simply Amazing!
I recommend every pet parent get Healthy Paws. Our little girl was having seizures & after many blood tests, an ER visit, an MRI & a spinal tap - we finally found a diagnosis. It was a very stressful time but thankfully we have Healthy Paws and that alleviated the financial stress of the situation. Their claim process is wicked fast & easy - just snap a photo of your bill & submit it and we get the reimbursement check within a week. We are so grateful for Healthy Paws!!
