Everything was handled directly between my vet and Trupanion, which made the whole process very direct and simple. The vet sent an invoice to Trupanion who then indicated what they would cover. All I had to do was pay the deductible and exam.

I have had Trupanion since my bulldog was 2 years old....24/7 human service, easy claims, especially with the app, it is not the cheapest by any means, but you get what you pay for..... I only wish I had gotten it sooner!!!!

The first claim of our little girl took longer than expected as she had just been rescued and we changed her previous name.
The first claim of our little girl took longer than expected, as she had just been rescued and we changed her previous name. I called to ask about why it was taking long and they explained they were missing some of her vet records. I forwarded them all. After that, everything went super smoothly! I didn't have to do anything. All I knew was that it was approved and the money was in my bank account. Super easy!
