I was extremely pleased with the fast response to my request about coverage for immediate emergency surgery for my dog, the ease of contact for my veterinarians to access the details of surgery and post-surgery coverage, and the 90% coverage paid so readily. I am also thankful for the willingness of the Trupanion personnel to assist in a time of emergency. I am 100% pleased with having Trupanion as my pet insurance in support of my dog's continued health.
