This is an awful company. They screw up what's needed for reimbursement, and you have to fight with them for weeks! They have jacked up the prices so much in 4 years, I'd switch if my dogs current conditions would be covered by someone else. I can't stand this company.

Takes the stress out of healthcare for our dogs!
Having a pet confronted with a serious health condition is difficult. Balancing the financial impact of healthcare choices for your pet is incredibly stressful. With Pet's Best we've been free to focus on what's best for our dog/family without having to worry how to cover the costs of recommended care. Her care has been covered without question or delay in a hassle-free manner leaving us fully able to focus on caring for our dog and our family. Easy-peasy
My insurance coverage with Pets Plus Us is fairly limited, but in the claims that I've made, they've been nothing but courteous, helpful and kind. They've been so easy to deal with. Claims are also processed in a reasonable amount of time. I have no complaints, and I would definitely return to them for future policies.

Trupanion is true to their word.
I am so grateful that my husband and I chose Trupanion insurance for our Daisy. We recently had to take her to an after hours emergency clinic after she swallowed a drop earring that had fallen to the floor. The vet was concerned about the possibly of the sharp part of the post causing internal damage. He first tried to scope and fish it out and when he was unable to get it like that, he performed abdominal surgery. This, of course, was quite costly. Trupanion has very kind workers and I was walked through the claim process. They covered exactly as advertised. It is a shame that it is hard to believe the advertised coverage claims of companies these days, but I will gladly recommend Trupanion to family, friends, and even strangers if asked.

Both Vets contacted Trupanion while we were in the office with our pet. The response and approval only took a few minutes. We were then free to schedule procedures and know what the cost would be. Very fast and efficient.
