Great start with Trupanion
I think the evaluation of my claims has been fair and their recent willingness to cover an unexpected array of tests for a mysterious cause has been really terrific. She finally has a diagnosis and we have a plan to take care of her properly. This is the first time I've had insurance for one of our dogs, and it was a good idea. I'd recommend Trupanion to a friend, yes.

My dog got really sick, but I knew that with my insurance I would be able to get whatever treatment or testing needed for her to be healthy again. This pet insurance and the vet saved her life, I will forever be so grateful I decided to go with ASPCA. The claim process was easy and I already received my reimbursement! recently submitted a number of claims. two $750 claims were initially rejected. i dont really follow-up/review the work of people i work with but after having to follow-up with you on this i am no longer confident i can trust your decisions and process and would not recommend anyone i cant trust to a friend or family member.

Wording of contract is confusing and vague.
Wording of contract is confusing and vague. First year discounted and in addition the first month payment is amortized over last 11 months so sounds like there is an automatic increase for year two on. No problem with phone staff just the policy
