Cystotomy Surgery
Our dog Hamilton had blockages due to bladder stones. He was referred to a specialist by his regular vet, who was able to clear the stone in his urethra and then perform an arthroscopic cystotomy to remove the stones from his bladder. The surgery was much less invasive and our pup healed faster than with a regular cystotomy and is doing better now. Pet's Best processed my claim very quickly and in accordance with my policy. It is so good knowing that I don't need to make difficult decisions about my dog's health based solely on financial considerations, and helps relieve the stress and gives us one less thing to worry about. Thank You Pet's Best! I do recommend this insurance to others, especially new pet owners who might not know about the benefits of a pet insurance policy.

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance
Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is the best investment you can make to insure the best care of your beloved pet. Adopted my dog Luke when he was 6 months old and immediately got this insurance in 2017, and it has been a life saver. Luke ended up with allergies and the medication is $180.00 a month, I send the invoice to Healthy Paws and get reimbursed for 90% within 2-3 days. He has had multiple surgeries that have also been covered at 90%, saving me thousands of dollars. Their customer service is the most caring, kind, professional I have ever encountered. I have referred many friends and family to Healthy Paws, and they tell me if not for this insurance it would have been so stressful and devastating, emotionally and financially, had they had ignored the importance of getting this coverage for their pets. First time using Pets Plus Us insurance, very happy to have them as my provider!
I had a very sick beagle on Christmas eve, and not wanting to wait until after Boxing Day for my regular vet office to be open I had to take Henry to the emergency vet hospital for treatment. We spent 13 hrs there and got home at 12:30am on Christmas Day. Thankfully he was okay after with some medication. I submitted my paperwork on Dec 27th and got my reply from Pets Plus Us on Jan 3/24 with our payment details. Excellent service, very happy I made the switch from Trupanion. Great Response Time
This is the first time I have used pet insurance and it has been a very positive experience. The response to my claim submission and the reimbursement was very fast. Being able to enter claims online and getting direct deposit reimbursement was so efficient. The follow up email inquiring about my dog's recovery was much appreciated.

L'art de faire rire de nous
Aussi bien mettre tout cet argent dans un compte épargne que de le mettre à l'eau avec vous ... Vous n'êtes même pas foutu de rembourser les réclamations au complet, j'ai un police qui me coûte 115$ par mois, au départ j'ai demander la meilleur de vos police.... Si c'est ça votre meilleur police et vien c'est vraiment dommage mais vous ne faite pas la job !!!! Je vais résilier pour m'organiser autrement

Hamilton's Stones
Our dog Hamilton was referred to a specialist by his regular VCA Vet for problems and complications from bladder stones. My recent online claim for this visit was processed very quickly and in accordance with my policy. I have been a member of Pet's Best for many years and this claim, and one other previous claim(s) a few years ago, were both good experiences. Based on these experiences I would recommend Pet's Best Insurance. Hamilton is still going to require surgery for this issue, and the insurance provides us with one less thing to worry about, knowing that it will help to get Hamilton the care he needs, from the vets he needs, and helps make hard decisions because of treatment costs a little easier. Very good pet insurance
Picked up Healthy Paws right after we got our dog. The website is easy, information is very clear, the coverage is accurate, and reimbursements are quick. Never had an issue after about 15 claims.
