VERY easy to submit claim. Uploaded scanned PDF of bill and vets diagnostic results and it was processed VERY fast! 1000% better than the pet insurance I had years ago for my other German Shepherd!

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Lemonade Pet Insurance – I Would Not Recommend This Company I strongly encourage pet owners to research other pet insurance companies before choosing Lemonade. My experience has been extremely disappointing. When I purchased my policy, my pet had no prior veterinary medical records. I purchased insurance in good faith, expecting the company to provide the protection and peace of mind that pet insurance is supposed to offer. When I submitted a claim, Lemonade denied it. I then went through the appeal process, hoping for a fair and thorough reconsideration. Even my appeal was denied. What is the point of having an insurance policy and paying premiums if getting coverage when you need it becomes such a frustrating battle? The entire experience has destroyed my trust in this company. I expected transparency, fairness, and accountability. Instead, I was left feeling unsupported and extremely disappointed. Pet owners purchase insurance to protect their beloved animals, not to spend their time fighting an insurance company over coverage. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Lemonade Pet Insurance. I strongly suggest looking into other companies before making a decision.

Pets Best has been a lifesaver for both of my pets. They’re both rescues, and while they were essentially “free,” their medical care has been anything but! Both have had numerous medical issues, and I’ve been so grateful for Pets Best’s prompt review and approval of their claims. Most recently, one of my dogs went into an Addisonian crisis (had not been diagnosed) while I was out of the country. My father was caring for him, and being able to say, “Just use my card and get him the care he needs,” without stressing about reimbursement gave me incredible peace of mind during a frightening situation. He now has a chronic illness diagnosis, and I am forever grateful that I enrolled him with Pets Best when he was a puppy. Knowing I have that support means I can focus on his health and well-being. I cannot overstate how much that peace of mind means to me.
Great Insurance Company
I have used Pets Best for 2 dogs now . The site is easy to use as is submitting claims . My current dog has been struggling with allergies as well as cracking two 4 rooted teeth accidentally, and Pets Best has been there providing excellent service and reimbursement for all . Glad to have them on my side .

Grateful for Pets Best
After spending thousands in vet bills on two older cats, I got pet insurance for my two year-old cat, but wondered if it was a smart investment. Two years later, my now four year-old cat got very sick, and I was very grateful to have pet insurance reimburse me for the costs after my deductible was met. It is great peace of mind, making sure my cat is healthy won't break the bank.
Bad veterinarians - Dr. Harris and Dr. Adams
Do not go there. Dr. Harris failed my cat on the senior feline wellness exam because the dental vet told me my cat has a heart murmur.! Dr. Harris gave him medication that poisoned him, ruined his health, and caused him to stop eating wet food for four days! Ana refused to refund my $317.24 for the failed senior feline wellness exam. Dr. Ana Adams doesn't care about animals and hung up on me because she only wants people's money!

Makes Medical Decisions Easier
I finally decided to get pet insurance for both my fur babies after years of thinking about it. I went with Pets Best after it was recommended to me by another pet parent in the vet clinic's waiting room. This year, my cat has suddenly gone through several unexpected health issues that amounted to a lot of medical bills. Amid all the uncertainty on her road to recovery, it was a relief to know we had Pets Best in our back pocket, making decisions about her care less of a monetary concern.
