I just hope I can save a bit. i not sure why the plans change so much with the age of the dog. I would have like the option to which payment option from monthly to annually later. I just hope I receive a good return on this plan as this is an additional expense in a really unstable time.

I’ve had this for about eight months…
I’ve had this for about eight months now paying about $60 a month. I rescued this little guy from the shelter and he had been trying to get out of his crate there and had a little hair loss at the top of his head which was noted when I took him in to get a check up, took him in for a yeast ear infection, and somehow that is related to the hair loss and is not going to be covered. I also had an issue with him having diarrhea and the doctor treated it with probiotic instead of medication because they treated it with probiotic insurance will not cover the visit so I am not having much luck with them. I’ll be surprised if they ever pay for anything if I keep them.

My rate has doubled over the last year
My rate has doubled over the last year. Some of my claims have been denied on dubious grounds. The claim process has required me to upload docs previously provided by my vet or my claim would be denied. Im highly likely to leave for a more affordable insurance in the near future.

I have had 2 policy’s with Fetch for 9…
I have been a customer with Fetch for 9 years . I have insurance policy’s for my much loved 2 Labrador Retrievers. I have filed 3 small claims in the 9 years in which I was reimbursed under $300.00 At present even though my dogs are in excellent health & have been faithfully taken for their annual vet exams Fetch continues to increase my premiums to the point they have doubled. They offer to lower your premiums by reducing your coverage only to increase it even higher the next year. Their reason is because they are Labradors . How unfair is that to penalize a customer who has 2 healthy dogs & rarely filed a claim. This practice of collecting premiums for years & then pricing customers out of their policy when their animals reach a certain age is cruel & shows no customer loyalty.
