So far so good. I picked this plan because I wanted to have the insurance plus a wellness plan All in one. Puppies chew on things that they shouldn't so I feel good that Rosemary will be covered. I just hope I could afford it long-term because money is extremely tight right now.

Insurance is easy to customize without being overwhelmed by too many options. Small downside, I was not aware the first payment would be slightly higher than the monthly payment.

Lenghty Processes Overall
Filing claims is extremely lengthy for one. Two, before I ever filed a claim, somehow another customer filed a claim on my policy to which I had to wait on the phone for 45 minutes to resolve the issue. Very unprofessional overall and not worth the $$.
