This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Every claim requires you to jump thru hoops to get all the docs they want. Then they deny it claiming it is preexisting. So if your dog ever had stomachache, diarrhea, stubbed a toe, worms, ear infection, etc, they won't cover it and just say he had it before!

Great insurance

Great insurance. Lets me know that my claim has gone through. They cover what they said they would and don't try to weasel out of paying! Plus, I like giving my $$ to a non-profit.

I have used Fetch before for a pup I had for 15 years before she crossed the rainbow bridge. I only had to use them one time, as Sippy was a healthy pup. I have another small toy poodle puppy now and I turned to Fetch for insurance coverage for her. This time, I researched different pet insurance companies and got quotes for the coverage I wanted. Fetch, once again, came thru. They offered the best coverage for the best rates. Plus, their claims process couldn't be any easier and their customer service was always there to help. Very impressive. Amanda was a great help. We are getting another poodle next month and Amanda gave me her contact information so I could add "Jack" to "Piper"'s policy. Thank you for a smooth purchase, Amanda.

Rate increased from $140 to $534 MONTHLY

They raise rate for my senior dog from $140/month to $534/month after denying her coverage for osteoarthritis, citing prexisting condition, and never processing my appeal. Literally never got a formal response to my appeal, which I am pretty sure is illegal. I have my two cats on this insurance and I am kicking myself for going with them because now anything thats happened will be "preexisting" with a new company so we are totally stuck. Absolutely do not go with them.

They acted fast and helped offset the cost of emergency care. Would recommend, other insurers have poor reviews and Spot is worth the price.
