Can't easily cancel your policy
Can't easily cancel your policy. Website should have a way to easily cancel if they can easily take your payment information. Called customer service and they can't easily cancel either. I have to wait for a call back since there wasn't a person who has the ability to cancel. Why?

Healthy Paws is a bait and switch and DO NOT respond in a timely fashion!
I signed up, received my quote, gave ALL of the information I had regarding my new rescue, paid, etc. THEN my dog age something outside and needed to be seen by 2 emergency vets. I paid the deductible and was reimbursed for a small portion. Okay. THEN they decided to raise my rates by almost double because one emergency vet led with ONE of his breeds. He is a rescue that DNA revealed is 48% Bernese and 52% King Charles. Healthy Paws said he would be much larger than I had reported and told me that they do not take DNA results stating that the vet would be the one to determine the breed. What?? My daughter's rescue came back with 8 breeds when a DNA test was done!!! So, a vet can say that a pup has 5% Chihuahua, 10% Lab, and such. NO! I had DNA done to report in good faith. When my vet said he would not even hit 30 pounds, perhaps only 25 (because she is a mindreader) they wouldn't budge at the new price. They put it "under review" so I waited a MONTH and finally just decided it was not worth it because calling a bunch of times, paperwork, resubmitting all of his records was never enough. In the end, it was a big waste of money and time!!!

I submitted for the years for June 2025 through June 2026 for over $1.500 of claims and they paid me $25.00 yes Twenty five dollars. They said that rest had PREEXISTING CONDITIONS. I can not believe that I am the ONLY PERSON THAT DIDNT GET THEIR BILLS PAID.

Well I think that this is a great thing that your company is doing because there are a lot of people right now and in the future that are not going to have funds to take their best friend to the vet when they need it. And that's when I will have to go around asking people to borrow money just so I can take her. She is a great dog and really does deserve good treatment because she is always been there for me and my fiance so therefore we want to ensure that we are there for her like she is for us so no matter what she will be taking care of even if I have to stand on the side of the road and hold a sign just so that I can get the money together to get her seen by a veterinarian, that's how much she means to us so I want to thank you all for working with us on prices because vet bills can really really put a hole into your pocket so again you are much appreciated for everything that you do and I thank you from the very bottom of my heart and so does Maya too lol

Thankful and grateful …
Having Spot has literally saved my Rotti's life ! He had urinary problem ; took him to our vet and we found out his situation was more serious then we could have ever imagined. He had xrays and tests and turned out he needed the help of a specialist ,he had over 100 bladder stones .We would have sold everything to save him ; his surgery and care was almost $8000 by grace of God we had Spot. We of course paid the bill and his coverage guaranteed 80% of that monies back .I will never go without Spot to cover all my furbabies needs.
