I have always had great service. I have two puppies and already have used the insurance. It's great to get your percentage back. No hassles. I. Glad I chose embrace.

Affordable and easy to make a claim
Easy to build the option I wanted for coverage. It was less expensive than a lot of other companies.

Healthy Paws denied our only claim. We have been paying the premium for our daughter's Yorkie since 2014.
Don't be a fool and buy pet insurance from Healthy Paws. We have been paying the Healthy Paws insurance premium for our daughter's Yorkie since 2014 and they denied our only claim. They are very good at marketing and making people believe they care about pets. To be fair all insurance companies are in the business of denying claims especially the ones that don't face strong regulations by states. They make money by denying claims and raising premiums so that owners cancel their policies.

Worth every penny
I have been grateful to have Embrace Pet Insurance since my dog was 4 months old. I only obtained this as a precaution and so glad I did! My mastiff became sick with an autoimmune disease at 1.5 yrs old and the bills have been endless. Having this pet insurance has been a life saver. Claim process is smooth, reimbursement deposits have been smooth and customer services is great...truly worth every penny!

Having Nationwide Pet Insurance has been one of the best decisions I have ever made.
Having worked for four different Veterinarians over the years, I was aware that Bulldogs have many medical issues, but I still decided that I would take the risk after seeing his "baby" pic online. I got "Wally's" health insurance as soon as he was old enough. He has indeed had many health issues over the last two years. He just turned 2, and we LOVE him dearly, but without his insurance we would have had to come up with a lot of money. I was starting to worry that his insurance might be cancelled. It has not. I was notified that his monthly premiums would go up a small amount because of his age, but not because of all the times he needed medical care. I HIGHLY recommend Nationwide!

Great Insurance Plan for our Doberman
We have files several claims on behalf of our Doberman, Tanner. With the exception of one claim where we had to provide more documentation, our Nationwide Pet Insurance policy has been great to deal with. Claims are easy to file and the reimbursements are most helpful as vet bills are quite high for just about anything.

This insurance is the best. I would be in the poor house if it wasn't for this insurance.

So Far, So Good!
As I look back at the process we endured in filing claims for Maggie's TPLO surgery in early January 2018, I ultimately am pleased with the end results in having Embrace Pet Insurance. Once a few hurdles were removed, they paid quickly, efficiently, and were ALWAYS very cordial and helpful. My two "less than a 10" issues are: 1. It was extremely frustrating and difficult to get the medical history information that Embrace required when we originally filed the first claim for Maggie's surgery. I don't know if it was a disconnect between our vet and Embrace, or what, but Embrace kept saying they needed detailed medical record information for the full year preceding the beginning of Maggie's coverage. I felt caught in the middle and not able to do what needed to be done. Our vet kept saying they had sent everything requested. At some point, I was told they faxed over 100 pages to Embrace, hoping that will suffice! Regardless of where the problem was, I feel it would best serve Embrace insured pets to require that information at initial signup. Then we would have known what was covered, what was deemed "permanent pre-existing conditions", and what was "temporary pre-existing conditions". We have a second Golden with Embrace insurance, and I am dreading trying to get her detailed medical record information to Embrace. Putting that off for now! 2. Now I am concerned how filing these claims will impact future premiums and coverage. Will just have to wait and see what the coming years bring! Overall, I can't say enough nice things about each and every person that I spoke with, from the day I first contacted Embrace about getting coverage for my two Goldens through getting the claims finally settled. Great group of folks.

I have had no problem with my claims and it is important to trust an insurance company.
I love having insurance for my dog as it would have costs me lots more if I did not have insurance. We get reimbursed quickly and get an email to tell us what is happening with our claim.
