Specialty Care Made Affordable!
When my 8 year old Shepherd mix required a Neurology consultant, I knew it would be pricey. I am so thankful for Embrace! Claims for Rocky's Ultrasound, MRI, bone biopsy and related diagnostics were handled without delay...over $5,000 in charges. If more pet owners were aware of how much top level veterinary care costs, they would consider insurance.

My dog recently had a problem with his skin. This meant trips to the vet and some healthy charges. I put in a claim and received notification by e-mail that there was news on it. Since I'm not very good with the computer, I phoned and was helped almost immediately by a representative named James. There were-no endless menus and time waiting on the phone.. He told me that I would be getting a check soon. Finally a place where you talk to a person and not a machine, where you are treated like a customer, where you go away satisfied. I'm very satisfied that what I put into my monthly insurance payment is well worth it.

Great insurance and very easy to use!
My dog, Max, was playing in the backyard and ended up limping back inside. Come to find out he tore a ligament in his left knee. I signed up with Healthy Paws a year prior which took away the financial stress of the situation. The vet told me surgery was the only option and would cost close to $4,000.00. I called Healthy Paws and they had exceptional customer service. They walked me through how to use the app (which is extremely easy to use). I was reimbursed within weeks after submitting the claim. A few days after the claim was settled I even received a personalized email from a representative asking how the surgery went and how Max was healing up. They really go out of their way to make sure their customers feel like family. I highly recommend getting insurance on your pets and I highly recommend Healthy Paws!

The company does what promises
I have used the same insure company for different dogs for the last 13 years. I never had a problem. The claims are processed fast and fair. The monthly payment is reasonable. I recommend to have insurance for your pets and I definitely recommend Natiowide.

Brooklyn's Surgery
Brooklyn had a growth on her side. Thanks to our insurance it took care of most of the cost! Thankfullly it was benign. It was nice not to have had to worry about how much wile taking care of her! I almost cancelled because of lack of income lately, but changed my mind, We love our insurance, you just never know!

great health coverage
Affordable Pet Health Insurance with great coverage. Completely worth the low monthly payments. My claims have been in the thousands! The only thing that I would like that they don't offer is direct payment to veterinarian. BUT...I have checked other companies that do pay direct and they don't seem to cover as much of the bill. So I would rather wait to get reimbursed and have less out of pocket cost overall. I have had multiple claims over two years and I am sticking with Healthy Paws!
