So glad I bought this insurance
I purchased Embrace Insurance about 2 years ago when we just had one dog. When we adopted our second puppy (a little over a year ago), we added him to the policy. Our younger dog started limping badly and was diagnosed with a torn ACL. He had TPLO surgery to correct it. The claims procedure was straight-forward and easy. When I had a question and called, the REAL person I spoke with was polite and professional. Best of all, the policy paid extremely quickly. Couldn't ask for more!

We always love Trupanion! The ease of getting ahold of someone, the high level of customer service, and the knowledge of your reps is awesome! Plus, we think the premiums are more than fair for the return of benefits we receive for my dogs’ care. What I pay in premiums, I could never have saved on my own effectively and that means I never have to make a decision about care based on finances. Trupanion is peace of mind.

I really don't like to be calling after Trupanion to get my claims paid.
I really don't like to be calling after Trupanion to get my claims paid. It is poor customer service to have to wait almost a month for payment. You expect your clientele to pay their premiums on time - we expect Trupanion to pay us equally as timely.

I recommend Trupanion over all other pet insurance providers. I am especially pleased now that the Quick Claim option is available, so my vet's office is paid directly. That is so much more convenient for me.
