Your help is the BEST!
I’m a disabled retired woman and your pet insurance is the best! Being on a fixed income takes it’s toll on people and thanks to you I don’t have to worry about taking my dogs to the vet. I know that the monthly payment I make insures that my dogs can go to the vet when sick and also for their yearly wellness check ups and shots. It surely helps me knowing that I will get some money back after paying the vet. I have had your insurance for many years and plan to keep it for many more. Thank you!

Speedy and efficient claims service
We have been using Nationwide (aka VPI) for eight years, and have been pleased with the service. Every year we have at least gotten back what we paid out, and for the high-expense emergency years (with surgeries, etc.) the insurance has truly been a godsend.

Overall Worth it
Overall, the pet insurance has definitely been worth the money. It gives me peace of mind when I think something may be wrong, and the wellness plan has helped me pay for vaccines and flea treatments. The only thing is the claims take a bit of time to process, but even then it usually isn't longer than a month.

Thankful every day for Healthy Paws!
I can't say enough positive things about Healthy Paws. I first purchased insurance when my boy Teddy was a puppy, and I'm thankful every day that I did. I carry the maximum level of insurance (90% coverage after a $200 annual deductible) on Teddy and it's worth every penny. The first year of Teddy's life we were at the vet every 2 weeks for chronic skin issues, & more than one emergency visit when he's ingested things that he shouldn't have. We have spent thousands of dollars over the last couple years on procedures, medications, and skin related medical care and the majority of that money spent has been refunded by Healthy Paws (90% to be exact!). His most recent issue was an ER Vet visit that alone cost me roughly $1,000.... I received almost $900 in refund checks for that ER visit. When a $1,000 bill essentially turns into a $100 bill, I have been able to focus on what matters most- my boy's health - and not have the added financial stress. I had no qualms about choosing to provide the needed care for him because I didn't have to choose between spending the money on appropriate care and taking a chance on his health. Looking to the future, as the owner of a giant breed dog one expects to eventually run into some sort of hip/joint problems (though I take excellent care of my boy through nutrition, supplementation, and appropriate exercise). I have peace of mind knowing that heaven forbid that does occur, cost of care won't be an issue. While my boy has had many visits to the vet and we have unfortunately had to take advantage of our coverage with Healthy Paws frequently, I would still consider this coverage worth it for any household pet- even those who seem to never have health issues. The peace of mind it brings is easily worth the cost per month (which is more than reasonable in my opinion). We use the Healthy Paws app to submit claims, which makes it super easy, fast, and convenient to do. I will be using Healthy Paws for any future pets we have. If you have a puppy, get pet insurance early, it's the smartest thing I have done. There have been no negatives to our experience, and any interaction we've ever had with any Healthy Paws staff has been pleasant, professional, and genuinely caring for my boy. I can't say enough good things - thank you Healthy Paws!

The customer service staff is always pleasant and the claims are processed promptly.
This has been well worth the investment for us. Our cat had extensive medical issues in his first year of life and ASPCA has been a pleasure to work with.

Getting Pet Insurance was the smartest move I have made in a long time.
I have had several dogs over the years and the last 2 had many health issues. Fortunately I was able to afford their treatment but it was very expensive. I felt good that I could take care of them but I didn't want to deal with that again. The Scottish Terrier I have now is covered with Pet Insurance and because I have had to make a few claims, I realize what a good decision I made going with Nationwide. They are extremely responsive and it is easy to file the claim and track it with the online application. I am very happy and would recommend to anyone for their insurance needs.

I'm very grateful to have Embrace for my Leroy
I highly recommend embrace. The moment I got my baby Leroy, and English bulldog puppy, I contacted Embrace pet insurance and took him to the vet for his exam. I've not had any issues with Embrace pet insurance on any claims or questions related to coverage or working with them to help make sure my Leroy stays healthy. I find their rates are very competitive and their service is impeccable. Thank you Embrace pet insurance

Fast Turnaround on Claims
We've been very happy with our insurance policy. We've had it one year and it's saved us over $150 for those little things that add up at the vet. We've only had one claim get "denied" and that was because the picture wasn't clear enough. I resubmitted it and it was approved right away. Everything is really easy with the app and claims get paid usually within a week.

Overall, this is a great insurance.
Other than the delay in payments and the annual increases, this is a wonderful insurance; one of the best I've found.

No hassle claims, good service
This is the first time I've had pet insurance and I have to say it's been a pleasant experience so far. Claims are handled fast, I can e-mail them (very few people use a fax and fewer still have a landline) and know they'll be reviewed promptly. When I called to get a quote reps were personable, warm, and made sure I understood my different options. I certainly wasn't pressed into choosing the most expensive plan, which I appreciate. I am keeping the plan next year, so that decision speaks for itself.
