Nationwide paid my dog's emergency surgery claim very quickly
My dog had emergency stomach surgery and it cost us $6,000+. I had low expectations that the insurance would even cover half the amount. I know with our previous plan (basic medical) there was a maximum. We upgraded to major medical a few years ago. They ended up paying about 60% of our claim within a few days, which was awesome. I hoped they'd pay 75-80%, but I'll settle for this amount. They also didn't cover the preventive gastropexy to prevent his stomach from flipping when he eats quickly. The doctor decided to do it preemptively since he was already in the stomach. I would think that this preventive procedure can be covered at least at 50%.. The cost of not doing this procedure could cause far more expensive problems in the future. But maybe this isn't a surgery that they'd pay for anyway, if the stomach did actually flip. Overall, we were satisfied, although we probably reached our maximum payout and won't be able to claim anything else. Having the higher priced major medical plan saved us this time around.

Great Pet Insurance best thing for anyone to have.
I recommend this insurance to anyone with a pet. This is the best thing I ever did to help my loving pets. Wouldn't be without it. They are easy to submit claims and fast on the returns. Love the direct deposit .

Prices and coverage are very reasonable, great customer service, and easy claim filing. I especially love being able to structure the coverage options and deductibles in a way that meets the needs of my pet and my budget. I have 2 dogs, 5lbs/11yrs and 165lbs/4yrs, totally opposite ends of the breed, age, and weight spectrum, lol, and Embrace has come through for them each time I needed them too! Best bang for my bucks!

Nationwide Pet insurance has very helpful service in providing the funding to make vet visits doable.
I've found after using Nationwide Pet Insurance for quite a few years now, they are very fair and up front on what they're going to cover. This is very helpful when having to bring my dog to the vet, and knowing where I stand as to what's coming out of my pocket.

Used to be quicker at paying out claims
I'm glad we have Nationwide for both of our dogs. I like that it covers everything from vaccines to flea/tick and heartworm meds to major illnesses. However, it was so much nicer when you used to pay claims in 5-10 business days when we first signed up. Now we're lucky if it's paid out on the 30th day.

Good Value for the Money
I have had the ASPCA pet insurance for the past several years now and I find it helpful in respect of making sure I take my pets into the vet whether for routine visits or the occasional illness visit. Things have become more and more expensive these days and pet care is no different. Its nice to know that within a reasonable amount of time a good percentage of the bill will be reimbursed, making pet care affordable and helping my companion stay healthy!

Great Decision
So pleased I decided to purchase pet insurance through Nationwide! The cost is reasonable, customer service is terrific. Very easy to submit a claim and it is paid quickly. The explanation of benefits is very helpful. Will always use and recommend Nationwide for my pets.

Trupanion is tops with Mom Cat
I had not considered pet insurance until I was offered a 30 day free trial for Mom Cat with Trupanian. I have a multi-cat and multi-dog household and had never used any pet insurance. I continued with Trupanian and was I glad that I did. Mom Cat developed Diabetes and Trupanion helps to pay for her insulin, syringes, and diabetic treatments. In retrospect I wish I had Trupanian coverage on my other pets to help pay for tens of thousands of dollars the treatment of cancer and other medical issues. Trupanian has proven to be much easier to work with than my own health insurance. I have only had the best experience with Trupanian.

I am absolutely delighted
I am absolutely delighted with Pets Best for my Dog Sherman! I have had this insurance for a year now and I have not written a review because i wanted to wait and really give my full experienced review. I have to say they have been very honorable, and Sherman even had to have a broken tooth fixed amongst a few other unfortunate illnesses over this past year and Pets Best has pulled through for me without a Doubt! I highly recommend them, they have been a saving grace to my bank account and have helped me provide the care needed for Sherman. I researched and I was overwhelmed and stressed out by having to choose pet insurance and I really feel I choose the right one. Thank you Pets Best.....! Rest assured Pet owners you will be happy with this company as I am and my Chocolate Lab Sherman is!
