Pricing is comparable to other agencies and the customer support line is super helpful with questions and being able to make changes to your policy :) It's comforting to know my Husky is covered for anything that could happen.

For the nearly five years we've had this policy, I can say it's been good coverage continuously. would like premiums to be lower. Also, it seems to take too long for the reimbursement to be completed.

You guys are awesome.
They are always very timely in getting my payments sent out. They have covered every claim I have submitted. My dog had TPLO surgery and it was fully covered minus the $100 deductible. She is now having back issues and they have covered her X-rays and office visits for follow-up care. This company is amazing and they take care of the customer 100%. I am happy I have this insurance as two English Mastiffs can be expensive as they age. My girls are 6 and 7 and this insurance has made caring for them easy as I know my claims will get paid.
