Great experience with insurance. I was content with the amt that I Got reimbursed. Glad I choose to get this insurance. Easy to put in claim and track progress.

This company will find anyway possible to deny claims
For 6 years I paid THOUSANDS of dollars for full coverage with this company—I NEVER filed a single claim with them! They denied my one and only claim with them for a UTI in my 14yr dog. Their reasoning for denying this claim was because 7 gyears ago my dog had accute kidney failure (nothing to do with any sort of UTI). But because this company feels acute kidney failure, acute renal failure, abdominal urinalysis/blood values—are the same signes consistent with a UTI. They denied my claim for a common UTI 7 years later. Trupanion told me I could attempt to disbute their denial of my claim, but the representative said, “no one ever wins the disputes and I’ve never heard of them paying a denied claim”.

I tell everyone I meet that they should have insurance on their pets. I highly recommend Trupanion but I don't know if they do anything about it. Shelby is doing very well now but he is looked after by maintaining his health every day.

Trupanion has been a blessing
with each visit to our vet, trupanion has been a blessing! I take my fur baby in for her diabetes and know that she can get the treatment and care she needs because of the wonderful coverage!!! I'm not sure how I could have gotten her where she is now without trupanion. claims are quickly processed and I know what I owe after payment. trupanion was truly a life saver for my girl!!!
