It was suggested that I contact Fetch by Petlink, who helped us locate our missing Bengal. I called Fetch to see if what was available, could be better than the policy we had with another company. BEWARE
BEWARE! My policy renewed with no Notification it was about to renew -or- that it was increased nearly 65% more than last year's Policy -or- that the money was automatically charged to me! Embrace Customer Service tried to justify this to me by apologizing, but did nothing about it. The Rep tried to re-quote my Policy and it automatically reverted back to my previous cost BUT then told me it was a mistake due to a computer glitch! Unethical, sleezy, underhanded business. Think twice before signing on with EMBRACE.
