This is the best coverage i found when I researched insurance companies and the cost is surprisingly low.
I purchased Hartville Pet Insurance and within in two month my pup was diagnosed with Lyme disease. I was able to prove the highest quality of care for her. I had no stress about taking her for emergency visits, physical therapy, and other expensive tests like MRI! They are even helping pay for my prescription food. I am so relieved because without there help I would have not been able to pay my bills or I would have had to make some dreaded decisions. My Ladybug is just fine today and I owe that to Hartville. There are not words to describe the gratitude I feel...Thank You!.

Better than any human insurance company
I have had coverage with Figo for the past 2 years, and they continue to impress me! There are some coverage exclusions, but they are all clearly explained before you sign up for your plan. Filing a claim could not be easier, and they are usually processed within 24-48 hours. When my pup needed an expensive surgery, I was able to submit vet records ahead of time for pre-approval, so I knew that the procedure should be covered. Thanks for everything, Figo!

Best pet insurance company ever!
Besides the fact that each year the rate increases in pretty high amounts, it is otherwise beyond wonderful. Top notch customer service, fast claim compensation and great coverage. I just hope it doesnt keep increasing each year for it wont be very affordable anymore. 😔 Dealing with cancer myself, money is tight yet I want my cat taken care of as well. Keep up the great work Figo!

Best pet insurance out there...
Yes, its a bit on the spendy side, but love that it covers more than just illnesses and accidents. The heartguard and nexguard (which my dog is on year round) is also covered. Preventative care is really important to ensure my dog lives a full life, and taking care of things (like dental care) that could shorten or reduce the quality of life without having to worry about the HUGE bill is nice. It's super easy to submit claims, and if you have any questions they are a quick phone call away... and SUPER helpful. By far the best insurance company I've had to deal with.

Great service.
The service has been great. Anyone I talked to on the phone has been more than helpful. The insurance so far has paid what I expected so very happy with that. Tia was able to have her surgery to remove a malignant tumor and her life expectancy now is normal.

Claim turn around time is improving
I'm happy to see the claim turn around time improving. It would be more efficient if a claim form wasn't required with every claim. I am shocked at my recent rate increase for one dog to an additional $60/mo premium. I can't recommend at this time because I'm waiting to see what the rate increase will be on my other dogs policies. I am happy with what is covered and at the rate; this is the reason to have pet insurance. I'll never be without it again.

The best investment you can make for your pet
We've been with Embrace for around 8 years and have our two lab mix dogs insured. I literally never write reviews and it takes so much for a company to impress me nowadays. I can honestly say that Embrace has blown away our expectations. I'm not a fan of insurance. My wife convinced to buy a policy with Embrace after much pushback from me. We have never had an issue with a claim. They process and pay claims in a timely manner. If you call their customer service number, you get a person on the phone immediately and they are ALWAYS pleasant and helpful. I cannot recommend Embrace enough and I promise you it's worth the investment (especially the optional wellness coverage because you can use it on almost anything pet-related).

I did a lot of comparison shopping before picking Pets Best. We have three dogs and all are insured with multi discounts. Their claim response time is good and their coverage qualifications are very reasonable
